Ians Fish

My good friend Ian caught a nice fish today at a local lake. It had a big gut and gave him a nice fight. Congratulations bro! Heres some pictures.

Nice Fish

Caught a good size fish yesterday, nothing like the one I caught Sunday, but still good. It was 3lb. 2oz. Used my new scale :-). Heres a picture (good pic. of the fish...but def. not me :-).

Big Bass!

I caught my biggest bass Sunday afternoon. Got some pictures and video on my friends camera, Waiting to copy them over to my computer. But it was around 9 1/2- 10lb. and was a great fight. Heres a pic. ( Pic. doesn't give it justice, ill be uploading the videos soon).

Christmas Eve Fishing

My Poppa and I went fishing today. My Grandparents are joining us for Christmas this year. Which means, Fishing with Poppa! I caught a 3lb. and a 1 1/2lb. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any pictures seeing that my phone died. But had a lot of fun, hopefully we can go fishing a few more times before they leave.

Saltwater Fishing

Man, Lately Ive been wanting to go saltwater fishing so bad. Although I prefer fresh water, I enjoy going to the gulf for red fish and trout. Even though i didn't get a chance to go fishing in Pensacola this fall, here are some pics of the last two years. Below are picture of both of my bull red's and one of the bonita i caught. Theres also a picture of our triple bull red hook-up.

Went fishing for few minutes yesterday close by and had a nice fish round 2lb's. Heres a picture.

K-Life Campout

Just got home from the K-Life Campout, had a blast. We camped over night at Wekiva Springs State Park. We had an interesting time getting cars stuck in the sand and encountering a few deer and two black bears. All apart of the camping spirit:-). Overall I had a fun time hanging with my friends. Special thanks to Donald, Taylor and Beth for putting this on, it was great.

Another Good Fish

Had about twenty minutes to blow today before youth group, so rode down to one of my local lakes and caught a nice 2 1/2 lb. bass on my second cast. Nice fish for such a short day of fishing. Heres a Picture.

Wet and Cold

Yuck... That perfectly describes the weather we had today. Its dark, mucky, cold and rainy. But good fishing! I had a 5lb. and a 4 1/2lb. today on one of my favorite baits. Caught them within a 10 min. span. Heres me holding both of them.

Morning Fishing

Went fishing this morning and did pretty good I had a 2 1/2-3-3 1/2lb. Ian got a 3 1/2 and two 2lb. So it was a good morning. Heres some pictures of this morning. Can't wait to go again.

Awesome Day!

Today me and Ian went fishing and had an amazing day. We were killing it all day long. I ended up with six bass three 2 lb. and a 2 1/2lb. and two 5lb.'ers. Awesome fish the top picture is my biggest. The worm barely hit the water when he crushed it. Had a fun time.

Double Fluke Rig

Today I was doing some research on a rig called the "double fluke rig". This rig is one that has to flukes on the same line. The way I look at it, you get double the chance of catching a fish, double the action of a regular fluke and you have the chance to catch two fish at the same time! So, its a new thing Ive been playing around with today and as far as i know it works! Caught a nice 2lb. bass this afternoon at one of my local lakes and was so stoked to catch it on my new set up. Yesturday's Fishing

Went fishing with my friend Ian yesterday afternoon. Had a blast, although it was so cold and the bass were biting slow, we managed to pull a few out. I had three between 1 1/2lb.-2 1/2lb. not bad. And my friend Ian started us off with a nice 3 1/2lb. bass then later hooked up to a 2 1/2 lb. So over all good day considering the conditions. Had a lot of fun, Hopefully well catch a few more today.

Christmas Spirit

This years Holiday Season has been interesting, my beautiful baby sister Hope is enjoying her first Christmas with us this year. Also, Our Christmas tree has been a struggle this year, we normaly have an artificial tree but our tree decided it didnt wanna work this year so we had to go get one. So we went and bought our first fresh cut tree as a family and had a great time doing that. Saturday me and my dad went to target to get lights and such for the house and spent a few hours putting up the lights on the house, I'm so happy the way they turned out. It's not Christmas without lights on the house! Our whole family is having a good time decorating and getting in the holiday spirit. But yah, this year is gonna be a special one with my Grandparents coming into town and Hope being here...It's gonna be fun.

Cold Weather

Is it just me or lately does it feel like its Alaskan weather down here? Man today was freezing! Well, I guess at this time of year its better than an 80 degree Christmas...... I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the Holiday Season.

Bass Update

Been fishing mostly local ponds lately. Been having tons of fun catching bass and learning more about the sport. Went fishing in one of the ponds across from my neighborhood today, and had a good turn out. I ended up with 5 for today the biggest one on a black spinner bait and the others on my favorite colored fluke. Here's some pictures of my two biggest of the day my 4lb'er and my 3lb'er.
